Overview
AOL Ventures and betaworks present the second installment of VC Demo Days. This will be just like every other Demo Day, only the VCs will be pitching their funds to entrepreneurs looking to raise capital. We'll have a keg of beer and food available and will try and have as much fun as possible.
The Rules
- VC funds will come and present about their funds and their investments.
- 4 minutes/5 slides each fund just like every other demo day.
- Presentations will focus on what said fund is all about, why entrepreneurs should want to talk to said fund and why entrepreneurs should want to take money from said fund
- AOLV will provide a keg and food!
The Goals
- Help entrepreneurs better understand the inner working of VCs and why they should be talking to them.
- Help VCs better understand their counterparts and build a stronger network.
- Get together to help build startup and VC ecosystem in NYC.
